Refund policy

Blackout Fishing Co. products are printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer remorse or sizing issues. We strongly encourage you to review our size guides before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at orders@blackoutfishing.co within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, you must provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. In cases where a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You are not required to return the item.

We are unable to process claims submitted more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Items outside the 30-day claim window

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at orders@blackoutfishing.co.
